After her graduation from Flatonia ISD, she followed her Father's footsteps and continued her education at Texas A&M.  She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in 1997.  She married, Trace Siptak, an Austin county resident.  She and Trace along with their two children, now reside in the Praha area of Fayette County.   She loves to spend time with her children, whether it is playing outdoors, going to 4-H events, softball games, or just doing homework.  She also spends her time as a Habitat for Humanity board member and Meals on Wheels driver.

“Selling Farms and Ranches with Carol Littlefield Properties has given me an amazing opportunity to be involved in another avenue of agriculture, but the majority of my enjoyment in selling real estate comes in meeting new people and forming friendships that last far beyond any transaction closing".....Says Jodie.

"Jodie is a real estate professional that is especially knowledgeable and experienced in rural properties and her integrity is well known among her friends, clients, and customers.  I welcome her as a member of our team"...Says Carol Littlefield, Broker.

Kimberly Svatek

Kimberly has been with Littlefield Properties since 2006.  She takes all the incoming calls and tends to many, many other details and does a wonderful job.  Her computer skills are extraordinary and she keeps the broker and all the agents from having "nervous breakdowns."

Kimberly grew up in Flatonia.  When she graduated from Flatonia ISD she went on to pursue a degree in Business Administration.  She returned home and worked at Migl's for 3 years working as a cashier and did weekly ordering, and greeted everyone with a smile.  Close to the end of those years is when she got the opportunity to work in a business that would and could use her skills.  She started as a secretary and spent her spare time observing the everyday responsibilities in the real estate business.  After much thought she decided that she enjoyed the business and wanted to obtain her real estate license from Champions School of Real Estate.  She is now preparing to take the state exam!!  She is a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church and American Legion Auxiliary.  In her spare time she enjoys selling Mary Kay, Jewels by Park Lane, and spending time with her family.

"I truly feel I've been given an amazing opportunity to improve myself and put my skills to use.  I'm very thrilled to be a part of this business and looking forward to all the new things that are to come.  I enjoy meeting new people and working with the incredible team we have here!"...Says Kimberly.

"Kimberly is the life of our office.  Her personality is wonderful and her skills are fabulous."...Says Carol Littlefield, Broker.

Her children are now grown and married; and she is very proud of her three grandchildren, Harper, Tate, and Levi. She is a member of the Flatonia United Methodist Church where she is a member of the church choir. She also serves on Fayette Power Plant’s Citizen Advisory Committee.

Linda continues to further her knowledge or rural real estate and to stay abreast of the market trends by attending the Texas Rural Land Institute conferences.  Linda truly enjoys meeting people and helping them find properties that match their wants and need.

“Jeff is a natural at selling farms and ranches in this area.  He has spent his entire life in Fayette County and he knows the land and most of the property owners.  Jeff is simply adding another dimension to a long tradition of a family close to the lands of Fayette County.”...Says Carol Littlefield, Broker.

Audra Janecka
