Carol Littlefield
Carol D.
Littlefield, broker/owner of Carol
Littlefield Properties, has been a real
estate broker since 1979, and owned her
brokerage business in Flatonia, Texas, since
1983. Previously, she sold real estate in
Midland, Texas. She has extensive knowledge of
Fayette County, most especially in the southern
part of the county. She is current on market
prices and trends in the county, having listed
and sold properties in the area for many years.
She is a member of the Texas Rural Real Estate
Network, which gives her listings wide exposure
to the buying public.
Carol’s knowledge
also extends to surrounding areas, in Lavaca and
Gonzales counties. She enjoys an excellent
reputation, and is widely known for her
expertise and professionalism. Her office is
technologically up to date and is fully staffed.
The office is open six days per week, with an
agent on call on Sundays, as well. Her office
gives exemplary service, while abiding by the
Texas Real Estate License Act.
Carol is a REALTOR,
being a member of the Bastrop Board of REALTORS,
the Texas Association of REALTORS, and the
National Association of REALTORS. Because she
is a REALTOR, she is held to a higher standard
than just a licensed broker. She is bound by
the REALTOR’S Code of Ethics, administered by
N.A.R.
She is a member of
the International Society of Appraisers, holding
the prestigious designation of accredited
personal property appraiser. She is currently
serving on the board of the Fayette Community
Foundation. She is widely known for her
expertise in appraising antiques, both smalls
and furniture.
Carol has served the
Flatonia community as President of the Chamber
of Commerce, sponsors a Little League Team, and
is an active member of the local Rotary Club.
She is a member of the United Methodist Church.
Jodie
Siptak
Jodie has been selling farms, ranches, and homes
since 2000, while spending a majority of that
time with Carol Littlefield Properties.
Jodie
grew
up, working along side her mom and
dad, Jerry and Debby Simon, on a cattle ranch in
Gonzales, County. After her graduation from
Flatonia ISD, she followed her Father's
footsteps and continued her education at Texas A&M.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from
Texas A&M University in 1997. She married, Trace
Siptak, an Austin county resident. She and
Trace along with their two children, now reside
in the Praha area of Fayette County.
She loves to spend time with her children,
whether it is playing outdoors, going to 4-H
events, softball games, or just doing homework.
She also spends her time as a Habitat for
Humanity board member and Meals on Wheels
driver.

Leisha Siegel
Leisha has been with Littlefield Properties
since June 2009. She takes all the
incoming calls and tends to many, many other
details and does a wonderful job. Her computer skills
are extraordinary and she keeps the
broker and all the agents from having "nervous
breakdowns. Leisha is also working towards
getting her Real Estate License by the end of
the year.
Leisha moved to Flatonia in 2001 with her 3
daughters to be close to family. She
is very involved in High School athletic
activities. She and her family are members
of the Flatonia United Methodist Church and
volunteers in various events and fundraisers
throughout the community.

Linda
Kaufhold
Linda is a sales associate with Carol
Littlefield Properties. She comes to real
estate from a business background, having been
involved in the accounting operations of a
family business for over 16 years.
Linda is a Texas native from Robertson County
with deep roots in rural Texas. She moved to her
Flatonia ranch from Houston twenty four years ago. When her children were young,
they were active in 4-H and FFA projects, and
Linda served as Flatonia’s 4-H Club Manager for
ten years. Her children are now grown and
married; and she is very proud of her three
grandchildren, Harper, Tate, and
Levi. She is a member of the Flatonia
United Methodist Church where she is a member of
the church choir. She also serves on Fayette
Power Plant’s Citizen Advisory Committee.
Linda continues to further her knowledge or
rural real estate and to stay abreast of the
market trends by attending the Texas Rural Land
Institute conferences. Linda truly enjoys
meeting people and helping them find properties
that match their wants and need.

Audra
Janecka
Audra Mica Janecka grew up
in Flatonia. When she graduated from
Flatonia High School she pursued a bachelor of
Science degree in Agriculture Economics from
Texas A&M University in College Station.
She returned home to Flatonia and worked at J
Bar B Foods in the accounting department for 5
years.
She
married Danny Janecka II and now has three
children: Lane 10, Ali 3, and Cale 1 1/2.
She is a member of Flatonia Baptist Church and
Women's Action Guild. Between baseball,
dance class, fishing, and deer hunting, she
enjoys selling real estate.
